Military Doctrine of National Resistance "The Sting of a Million Bees". Blockchain Architecture.

The Military Doctrine of National Resistance must be clear, concise, and easily understood by any citizen from the very first phrase. The current military doctrine of Ukraine, established in 2003, is outdated, overly broad, and does not address the modern realities of national resistance.

Since the first days of the war, our team, “X park”, self-organized and created our own unit, "Muromets," to defend our enterprise, “X park”, the Muromets Island, the northern bridge across the Dnipro, the Desenka river, and the surrounding highway as a strategic object. On our own, we built fortifications and a defensive stronghold.

Introducing the Innovative Military Doctrine of Blockchain National Resistance: "The Sting of a Million Bees from a Swarm of Hives"

"The great Russian bear can only be brought down by the sting of a million bees."

How it all began...

CHAOS – the absence of state coordination and communication in the early days of resistance.

In those days, we realized that the authorities had essentially lied to us and left us to fend for ourselves.

1) The Authorities Did Not Warn Us About the Attack – In Fact, They Tried to Calm Us

We were never warned about the invasion. Instead, the authorities reassured us that everything was under control. As a result, we didn't evacuate our families and children in time. Instead of preparing for resistance and securing our surroundings, we were forced to focus on evacuating loved ones, which delayed our response.

2) Chaos in the First Days – No Coordination, No Communication

During those first critical days, chaos reigned everywhere. There was no coordination, no communication. No one knew what to do or where to go. In the absence of clear instructions from the authorities, we took matters into our own hands. We established our own defensive structures at our facility and around the northern bridge, and began to connect with other self-organized resistance centers, DFTGs, territorial defense units, police, and local communities. We started building horizontal communication channels to coordinate our efforts.

3) Weapons – We Got Them from KCSA, But Were Disarmed After the Enemy Left Kyiv

We were able to obtain weapons through connections at the Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA), but after the enemy withdrew from Kyiv, we were disarmed. The crucial law on civilian access to weapons, which could have helped us and others like us, was never passed. Now, as we prepare for the next wave of attacks, we still have no clear way to acquire the weapons needed for effective resistance. Even though our enterprise is ready to buy weapons and ammunition at our own expense to fully equip a battalion, the necessary legal framework is still lacking.

4) We Realized That All Our Taxes and Military Levies Were Stolen – We Were Unprepared for War

We quickly realized that the government had embezzled all the taxes and military funds, and we were completely unprepared for war. As a result, we were not provided with basic protection—no bulletproof vests, no helmets, and no equipment to defend ourselves or our location. We had to buy body armor at exorbitant prices, radios, thermal imaging devices, and, just like during the Maidan, we had to improvise with Molotov cocktails to protect ourselves.

5) The First to Flee Were the Civil Servants

Later, we discovered that the first to abandon their posts were the civil servants. The government building was nearly empty, and key figures from the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), the State Bureau of Investigation (DBR), the prosecutor's office, other law enforcement agencies, and even parliamentarians were already in Zakarpattia, far from Kyiv. The head of the SBU, Budanov, simply disappeared.

6) The Situation Hasn’t Improved

Three years into the war, the government still hasn’t organized or allocated funds to establish National Resistance centers. They haven’t trained our unit or the surrounding population for resistance.

Once again, the government proved powerless, and trust in it is long gone. As a result, we decided to develop our own National Resistance Doctrine based on our personal experiences defending Kyiv, as well as lessons from Swiss and Israeli national resistance doctrines.

The need for such a doctrine became clear because the population lacked understanding of the structure and principles of national resistance. We proposed this doctrine in early 2023 to the Deputy Minister of Defense, General Volodymyr Gavrylov. He supported it, but beyond that, the initiative went nowhere.

The Hive – The Basic Structural Unit of National Resistance

The Hive is the core structural unit of national resistance. It combines:

  • National Resistance Training Center

  • Territorial Resistance Center: A fortified stronghold that serves as a hub for opposing the enemy.

A Hive (training, resistance, and national defense center) can be:

  • Municipal Enterprises

  • DFTG (Defense Forces Territorial Groups) Units, Territorial Defense Forces (TRO)

  • Civic Organizations, Volunteers

  • Hromadas (municipalities), Cities, Villages

  • Private Enterprises

1) Each Hive Must Be Self-Sufficient and Independent

Every Hive should be self-sufficient and capable of operating independently, even in the absence of central command. Ideally, each Hive would be intimately familiar with its local area and the fortifications within it, allowing for effective defense and autonomous action.

2) Coordination and Communication Must Be:

  • Within the Hive: Effective internal communication and coordination among all members of the Hive.

  • Between Neighboring Hives: Ensuring that neighboring Hives can collaborate and support each other when needed.

  • With Local and Central Authorities and the Armed Forces: Maintaining communication with local government, central leadership, and the Ukrainian Armed Forces (ZSU) for coordination of broader efforts.

3) Resilience

The network of Hives should be built as a hybrid blockchain network—where neighboring blocks (Hives) are connected and interdependent. This decentralized structure means that the destruction of one Hive or command center will not bring down the entire resistance system. Neighboring Hives, trained and prepared with established scenarios and protocols, will be able to quickly respond and adapt to fill any gaps, ensuring the continuity of resistance efforts.

The Essence of the Blockchain Architecture of the Hive Network – National Resistance Centers

  1. Each Hive is Self-Sufficient and capable of resisting autonomously.

  2. All Hives are Synchronized through coordination and communication.

  3. Each Hive knows its tasks and interaction scenarios.

  4. All Hives are aware of the resources and capabilities of neighboring Hives.

  5. The destruction of several Hives does not lead to the collapse of the entire system.

  6. The system quickly recovers thanks to neighboring Hives.

  7. Efficiency is achieved through the synergy of resources from each Hive in the network.

JOINT TRAINING AND COORDINATION OF THE HIVES

The most crucial aspect is the joint training and coordination between the centers (Hives) of national resistance. It is essential to work through all possible scenarios and defense organizations, fortifications, and collective resistance strategies of the Hives during attacks from various directions, using different methods of assault.

The blockchain structure of the network of centers is an innovative model designed for maximum efficiency, commandability, and resilience of the Hive network. It supports the self-organization of civilian resistance and ensures the functioning of the resistance regardless of possible betrayal or capitulation by the central authorities.
The system's functionality allows the Hive network to transition into a network of partisan units under occupation.

The National Resistance Doctrine "The Sting of a Million Bees" is constantly being refined and modernized. We welcome suggestions and critiques. We hope that the state will develop an effective doctrine, but until that happens, we rely on self-organization and our own grassroots doctrine.
The flagship testing is being carried out based on the national resistance centers of the Desnianskyi District of Kyiv and the Muromets National Resistance Center.
We invite national resistance centers to cooperate with us. We look forward to your participation via the link.
